Must be creative & resourceful with an exhaustive knowledge of modern global foods and cuisines.

Able to conduct product presentations internally and with customers, engaging and influencing through an obvious passion for food that is backed up with real knowledge and an understanding of customer needs.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with others sharing experiences, delivering with attention to detail, always retaining a commercial edge.
