Are you currently a Pastry Chef looking to move away from the unconventional hours of hotel and restaurant kitchens. We are equally keen to hear from Pastry Chefs who already have high volume production experience or those who have worked in a confectionery environment and are used to quality and consistency in product delivery.
Our client requires an experienced Pastry Chef who has broad exposure delivering plated and banqueting desserts. Someone who will be able to work as part of a larger pastry production team yet able to use their own initiative to 'get the job done' utilising their craft skills to the fullest producing tortes, gateaux and bespoke individual desserts. There will be opportunity to provide support and input to the NPD (New Product Development) team. This is an exciting role within a well established company who has a good reputation for innovation within the dessert market place.
